FAQs
How does this work?
You send a prompt. Jess writes a letter in response, by hand, on a greeting card she's chosen. It arrives in your mailbox as something real and tangible in a world that often feels otherwise.
What should my prompt say?
Be honest. Tell Jess what's on your mind, what you need to hear, or what you're curious about. The more specific you are, the more specific the letter becomes.
Your prompt can be anything. A memory that stays with you. A question you've been sitting with. A feeling you can't quite name. The more honest you are, the more honest the letter becomes.
What should I expect?
A handwritten letter that speaks to what you've asked for. The writing is genuine, not rushed. The paper matters. The care in each word matters too.
Can I write you back?
You can. I read all letters I receive and it will contribute to a richer response should you order another letter from me.
Are these template letters?
No. Each letter is written fresh, directly to you, based on what you've shared. There are no forms here, no shortcuts.
Can I ask you to send a letter to a friend or loved one of mine?
Yes. You can commission a letter for a friend or loved one. Just indicate the shipping address in checkout where you want this letter to go.
What kind of paper and materials do you use?
Jess uses high-quality paper and materials for every commissioned letter. Each piece is crafted with care to ensure a memorable keepsake. Keep an eye out for the vintage stamps.
How long does delivery take?
After purchase, allow two to three weeks for your letter to arrive. Jess writes by hand, and good things take time.
What makes this different?
This isn't a mass-produced greeting card or a templated response. Jess sits down with your prompt and writes something that exists only for you, in her handwriting, on paper she's selected. It's a conversation that happens on your terms, at her pace, and arrives as proof that someone listened.
